The crates come in two designs: sloping-front and rectangular. The sloping design is called "Residence Mobile" and the rectangular design is just called "Residence".
The sizing is listed in the following order: width (side to side with the door at the front) x depth (back to front) x height (top to bottom of crate)..
I bought the rectangular Dog Residence 76cm crate (76 x 53 x 61) which fits perfectly into the boot of my 2009 Peugeot 207 SW. The crate is a good size for my 14k collie/terrier cross, neither too big nor too small. It is very good quality and is easy to erect and dismantle. It is rather heavy, but this is not a negative as the metal is very robust.

The product is fine, but as a general comment on (Savic) dog crates, it is not always clear from the product description in what order the dimensions are set out. As a result, I ordered a crate which turned out to be unsuitable to fit in the back of my car. I returned it and was refunded very promptly, and managed to order the correct crate at the second attempt. This could have been avoided if the product description had been clearer. The images are no help, as the same one is used for more than one product. This criticism applies to the size as well as the shape of the crates, the same breed suitablility being quoted for different sized crates. No quibbles at all with Amazon, therefore, but Savic should revise their product descriptions - I would be surprised if I'm the first person who has had to return a Savic crate as a result of a misleading product description.
Does exactly what we wanted
We purchased this crate to fit in the back of a Volvo V50 for travelling with our medium sized dog. The crate fits in the car well, being about the largest you could fit in for the depth of the boot, with the slightly angled back door side allowing the tailgate to shut. The crate is well made with the only slight niggle being that it does rattle a bit.
