Item has plastic frame very flimsy that had interlocking clips, these were broken off and white lambs wool cover has brown lumps accross the middle some would come off very easy then leaving a hole in cover in all a very poor cheap made product if you seen in a shop you would walk past it .Cant contact seller only return for refund on amazon so will have to spend twice else were in hope i get before xmas and wait upto 30 days for refund of product that is total rubbish.
