Item arrived left on door step lucky i was in at the time did not try next door or wait for me to get to door less than 30 seconds. Item has plastic frame very flimsy that had interlocking clips, these were broken off and white lambs wool cover has brown lumps accross the middle some would come off very easy then leaving a hole in cover in all a very poor cheap made product if you seen in a shop you would walk past it .Cant contact seller only return for refund on amazon so will have to spend twice else were in hope i get before xmas and wait upto 30 days for refund of product that is total rubbish.

This is so good for my old dogs to get on the bed. I had to lift them up onto the bed which was hard work, Theu use themto get up and off the bed. Great product.
