The perfect toy

I've tried for ages to find a small, light but durable ball for our little dog. He broke a tooth a while back, and the vetinary dentist he was referred to advised against tennis balls of any size (it seems they are abrasive and can wear down the dentine on dogs' teeth) or balls that were too hard as he loves leaping to catch them. These Chuckit balls are perfect - Busby (our dog) has already spent many happy hours in the house, in the garden and also in the park playing with them. They are such a success that I have just placed an order for some more. They may be initially expensive compared to other types of ball - but if they are as hard wearing as other reviewers have suggested, they will work out as very good value in the longer term. But whatever the cost - if they are a perfect size for Busby, he quite clearly loves them and I know they won't damage his teeth, then they are worth every penny. Chuckit Ball
I bought these balls for my 18 month old Border Collie. He has had one for about 6 months now and it is apparently indestructable. He likes the way that it bounces off in strange directions and he has to guess where it is going. He also loves to jump and catch it in mid air.
