APPALLING service for an OK product - IF you can get it AND not suitable for dogs with upright tails.
I ordered one of these coats for my dachshund and it was very good as was the delivery service. I therefore ordered another one in a larger size for my Scottish Terrier, on the 26th of March. It is now the 10th of May and I am still waiting - there has been no explanation for this nearly 7 week wait for a product listed as available when it was ordered. I would have selected zero stars, as the coat is absent like a piece of conceptual art or a statement in nihilism, but selected two as the coat is excellent...IF you can actually get hold of one..! UPDATE - I eventually received the coat (a few days after writing the above review) but returned it as was too large - it was replaced by the smaller size but although this is good in size, the rounded tail end of the coat means that it won't lie flat on my Scottish terrier whose tail is permanently upright. It is not suitable for dogs with an upright tail - something not stated in the product description. Returning the item I must go...
