Absolutely outstanding - my animals love it
I initially bought this bed for my elderly dog as we are moving shortly and the new property has tiled floors throughout and thought it would be cold for her. I got this because Sally, the the elder of our Yorkshire terrorists is 16 now and (like her owners) feeling a touch of arthitis. This basket gets really warm after a dog has laid in it for ten minutes or so, it seems to reflex the dogs heat, which does her old joints the world of good and stops her getting stiff.. She loves it, trouble is so does her daughter Lilly and our two cats.. There are two other small soft pet beds under the desk, usually empty with all four bodies trying to cram togther into this one.. We try to restrict it to Sally but if she gets out of it a cat has usualy appeared from nowhere and taken her place in 30 seconds.. All our pets seem to prefer this bed best,from a choice of three others.

We dont own cats but our daughter and son in law have two burmese house cats who come to us when they go away.When we have them they always want to be in the same basket and our ones we have are very small so when I saw this one that is self warming I thought it would be a great idea as the smaller cat Belle loves heat and to be warm. I bought the basket some time ago but this week the cats came for a holiday so I bought it out and it did not take them very long to investigate - the basket has been a hit both have been in it and will let them both sleep together as it is big enough. I am now buying another one so they will have one each because we have had fighting as sometimes the other cat Barty wants to be on his own to sleep he is a lot bigger than Belle but she insists on walking all over him to snuggle in, so for the reasonable price it is another one is on its way.
