Absolutely fab service. Only ordered it 24hrs ago. Crate is exactly as described, and is lightweight and not for longterm use. It folds flat and is just what I need. Although its lightweight, its sturdy and everything fits together properly. My German Shepherd fits in it just fine and can turn and lie down with ease. He loves it ( and it keeps him and my psychopathic cat some rest from one another ) Would DEFINATELY recommend
