Very disappointed. I have to use mine quite regularly and this was not the one for the job. I guess you get what you pay for and this is cheap. Within four months three of the four catches or lugs that secure the door had broken off. Also, because of where the securing catches are located, when the door opens it occludes part of the entrance making the gap smaller than it might appear when the door is shut. Fine for a skinny kitty I guess but makes it quite awkward stuffing a slightly reluctant portly old (neutered) tom cat in. I would not buy another one of this design.
