This item arrived yesterday morning by courier wrapped in a plastic bag, rolled up to little more than the size of a football which gives you some indication of the quantity and quality of the filling! The cushion is barely filled with filling and bears no resemblance to the picture representation, I had to fit a piece of Memory Foam into the base to make it usable by my dog - a Whippet which weighs only 16kgs! As for the pillow shown in the picture - ha! it measures just 19cms x 11.5cms!! The sides of the "bed" do not remain upright to any degree - not as shown in the picture! If it were not for the cost of postage to return it I would have sent it back by return post
DOG BED NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURE
Received the dog bed yesterday. Very unhappy as it is not like the picture advertised, it looks like we have sent a cheaper bed. The bed is not cotton but a very cheap shinny material. When you order from a picture you expect the bed to at least look like it although it may be in a different colour. I am asking for a refund.
